Dore customer survey update: September 2011
We ask for feedback from everyone who completes the Dore Programme via a short online questionnaire. Of those that have completed the questionnaire we have had the following responses:
- 87% say that, overall, they have seen enough improvements during the course of the Dore Programme to be satisfied with the benefits they have derived (answering definitely or yes), 11% were unsure and 2% were unsatisfied.
- 94% say that they would recommend the Dore programme to a friend, 5% were unsure and 1% said that they would not.
